Access to remote Windows based desktop is enabled through this software tool.
With ThinRDP, users can access all of their Windows programs, documents, files, and network resources remotely. This can be through their preferred devices such as a PC, iPhone, iPad, Android tablet, ChromeBook, etc. In fact it can be any computing device that has support for HTML5. ThinRDP enables secure access to any PC on the corporate LAN; this through a single IP address. You should be able to access applications and desktops running Microsoft RDS. Terminal Services and RDS/VDI platforms, such as session-based applications and virtual desktops also can be accessed. What makes this really flexible is that the device accessing the remote desktop or other resources could themselves be running any other kind of OS. As long as these devices run a HTML5 based browser, these accesses could be from users of Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Android, and iOS.
The devices could be running any of the more popular browsers like the Internet Explorer 9, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and all other HTML5-capable Web browsers. This application makes the access a simple web access through its use of the standard web technologies such as Ajax, WebSockets, and JavaScript, etc. It would not need you to set up Flash, Java, ActiveX, Silverlight or any other setup at the end user site. The tool will support remote printing. It is compatible to both the 32 and 64 bit versions of the Windows. Here is a very flexible and capable tool for remote access to your Windows as well as virtualized desktops and applications.
